The third component, respect, is all about taking into account the abilities, goals, and admirable behaviours of others. This entails respecting other people’s opinions and feelings, even if you don’t share them.

Finally, wisdom is merely the application of what has been learned through experience. For instance, you might recognize that a particular item is a fad rather than a trend and decide not to sell or use it in your organization.
