Of course, everyone has characteristics from each of these groups, but everyone of us also has a dominating personality.
The Red type, or choleric, is characterised by dominance, ambition, drive, initiative, and competitiveness. They are frequently fiery and difficult to control. They enjoy making changes and assuming leadership. Because they aren’t scared to express their opinions, people of this type are also the first to speak up in a crisis.
The Yellow variety is unique. Sanguine personalities exude assurance, joy, and charisma. They are enjoyable to be around and maintain their cheerfulness in any circumstance. They are friendly and outgoing people. The Green type, also known as the phlegmatic type, is mellow, balanced, and non-confrontational. They are excellent listeners because they avoid talking too much and instead let the other person speak. They make excellent team members since they can readily collaborate and perceive things clearly.
The Blue type, often known as the melancholic, frequently represents a pessimistic personality. They only talk after thoroughly considering all options and scrutinizing every last detail. They are also quiet in their acts and words and perfectionists, which can slow down their work. Albert Einstein and Bill Gates are two well-known melancholic.
However, just because one personality type predominates doesn’t imply you don’t share characteristics with the others. People typically combine Red and Yellow features, such as being outgoing and ambitious, or Green and Blue traits, such as composure and analytical abilities.

A tremendous problem is likely to result when we don’t know how to give feedback in accordance with a person’s personality type.
For instance, if you try giving a choleric constructive criticism, be sure to have solid justifications ready and omit the opening altogether! They detest small talk and prefer that you get right to the topic.
The sanguine temperament is somewhat unique. If you have to provide feedback to a Yellow type, you’d better be ready with a list because they’ll likely become sidetracked and forget immediately away.
Conflict avoidance and sensitivity are common traits of the Green personality type. Until you back off, they will concur with you and feel terrible for themselves. Don’t be fooled by it! Give them a short list of improvements, deliver the information in one-on-one sessions, and acknowledge that it will take time for them to adjust.
The gloomy personality is open to receiving criticism as long as you are very thorough in your approach, demonstrate step-by-step where they may improve and where they are making mistakes, and are there to answer any concerns they may have.
